Welcome to the modern cabin in the woods. #TheAveryHouse is located right outside of Kerrville and only about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg wineries. Get to the Guadalupe river in under 10 minutes. Camping, water sports, hiking, fishing, food and wine are all within a short drive from this 600 sq ft modern tiny home. Come unplug with the sounds of nature and room to stretch out on an oversized deck. Enjoy some quality time around the camp fire, and connect with those you love in this unique retreat.

Connect with friends and family around the solo stove fire pit under the magical ambiance of the warm glow string lights and the Texas starry nights. Enjoy the abundant wild life including birds of all kinds, axis and white tail deer, maybe even see an armadillo or two. Or, stay inside and cook a meal utilizing the well equipped kitchen. Sit in the upstairs loft desk and write the next best selling novel or devour that book you've been wanting to read. Or, you can just snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favorite movie. All 600 square feet of this tiny home are designed for you to unwind and enjoy the things you love most.

*Coronavirus cleaning and protection is of utmost importance to us - we are here for you and your health. With a large stock of cleaning supplies and everyday essential items, the Avery House is always cleaned top to bottom and ever so thoroughly between each and every checkin and checkout with your safety/health top of mind.
