Holiday Inn Kenilworth - Warwick

My wife and I stayed in the Holiday Inn Kenilworth for 4 nights as we were visiting family in the local area. The hotel was ideally situated at the top of the town with its own car park which made it easy to walk into the town or the local park. The room was comfortable and had all the usual amenities. We only had one evening meal in the hotel as we were out visiting and dining elsewhere. The meal was well presented from a menu which was varied so there was plenty of choice. The breakfasts were the usual buffet style but again plenty of choice. The casual bar area space was not very big but then it would depend if you were staying in or going out to visit any of the local establishments. The hotel suited our purposes and it was ideal for us visiting Coventry and Stratford upon Avon.

We stayed as we were visiting friends nearby. Great location, close to the town centre. The room was comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The lobby and bar area were well maintained and friendly staff. Parking was difficult, we managed to get the last spot at 4pm on a Saturday evening, so please bare that in mind when visiting.

We booked the hotel online with the Warwick castle deal so we had one night accommodation and 2 days in the park. The rooms were lovely and clean, modern and spacious. We had 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 children our room overlooked the front of the hotel but we didn’t hear the noise of the traffic. The room had air conditioning which was lovely as it was quite humid. Tea and coffee making facilities with plenty of supplies. All you can eat breakfast was great with lots of choice. Staff were very attentive throughout the hotel and the kids loved there treat they were aloud to choose when we checked in. We ate out in the evening at the local Zizzi’s which was a few minute walk away.

No major issues with this hotel - friendly staff, comfortable room, cleam bathroom. Close to local amenities and we didn't have difficulty finding a parking space. Only issue was the elevator. Too few elevators for the number of guests and you need a key card to use them.

Nice welcome at reception. Clean and tidy room and comfy bed. The bathroom was looking very tired. Nice bar area and really good breakfast. Be weary of the hotel booking you a taxi. We ended up paying £15 for a 3 mile journey.

Stayed here for just one night on route to Portsmouth, free car parking outside, brilliant staff at reception and checked in without any hassle. Great room and air con. Plenty of places to visit for sun and odd beverage and followed by good nights sleep and hearty fresh breakfast....

We stayed here for my wife's birthday and they made us feel really welcome, great rooms and super buffet breakfast. Good value for the hotel room and breakfast with free parking. Rooms and communal areas were clean and pleasant. Would recommend.

I stayed here on Friday night through to Saturday. The rooms are clean and bright, parking is easy and logging your details in the parking app in hotel reception is easy too. The thing that really stood out for me in this visit was the staff. Absolutely excellent service from them all. Special mentions to Beth on reception, as the first person you meet she leaves a positive first impression and the waiting staff in 212 restaurant (didn't get all their names) but whoever's worked Friday 21st are all a credit to your hotel. Polite, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you

We have been here quite a few times over the years whilst seeing family and or friends each time the hotel seems to have upgraded some rooms or bar area always clean and friendly staff good value for money.
