Room assigned at check-in was not cleaned, however after a quick chat at the reception we were assigned a clean room, and our stay overall has been very pleasant.

Overnight at Skiphol We used the hotel as an overnight before flying home to the US after a Baltic Cruise. Great choice. We will book this again. We had a lot of luggage and paid 25 Euros for a cab upon arrival, but used the shuttle to the airport the next morning for the 10-15 minute ride to the terminal. Perfect!

Great location, kind of out of the way but quiet and easily accessible by tram station, which was a very short walk north of the hotel. Rooms a bit cramped but overall we were very pleased.
