Overall we went for the lazy river, pools and easy beach access for our two kids 5 and under. They have two great slides as well. Due to restrictions the other fun activities for kids was not available. Service was not the same everywhere you went and the disney experience was lacking. It was nice to see characters since we have not renewed our passes. I could have staid at ant other hotel that had the pool and beach set up I was looking for.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. However, the amenities and Disney attractions were minimal to non-existing. Given their renovations being taking place, the property was a complete construction area that should not have been rented out. Moreover, the resort management did not attempt to compensate for these inconveniences, save the $50 per night per room - no matter if it was a studio or a 2-bedroom villa.

Aulani has plenty of activities to keep children entertained. Only down side is their late check in time and like any other resort preference is giving to their timeshare (Disney Vacation Club) members.

The resort is absolutely beautiful and perfect if you have children. Plenty of activities for kids. The beach can’t be beat - absolutely gorgeous. We had 2 dislikes: food options on the resort and evening entertainment. The food is very overpriced, and not great in terms of options/qualify. Wish there were more freshly prepared, non-fried options available. For entertainment, it would be great if there were more entertainmnent options other than just live music in the evenings. Kid friendly shows, interactive activities, maybe some cultural show would be great options. Other than that, we had an amazing stay!

Never greeted with welcome lei, for the price we paid I expected water bottles in the room. Disney characters were not visible throughout the property only at the breakfast.

Expensive as heck but you honestly get what you pay for. So worth it! Probably won't go back until I have kids to enjoy it with because my poor wallet can't take it. However, I will say even without kids this place was magical and all things you'd expect from Disney. So much to do, and love love love the "18 and older" pool and hot tubs! The beach is breathtakingly beautiful. Not sure how my experience would've been in the summer months because being Hawaii's winter it was still pretty busy, considering it was more affordable during this season it made sense. Other than the prices, I have no complaints. There is an ABC market across the street from the resort in walking distance that you can purchase grocery items to save money.

Very nice rooms, very nice beach and pools. We only had two complaints - most of the pools close at 6pm, and parking prices. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food and drinks were good. The two bedroom villa had enough room for 9 people as stated, and our patio led out to the yard where they have the movie night and the luau, which was an unexpected perk. I would probably not stay here again though because there are better options to be found around the Island, we probably could have rented a house for a month at that price.

Nice enough hotel and close to beach. I was not happy that my reservation said the room had 4 beds when it only had 3 beds. I was also not happy that when I took a bath in the jetted tub, black scum came out of the jets in the bathtub and the floor of the room was dirty with hairballs. That said, the hotel is great for kids and has a wonderful beach.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, kids loved the aunty beach house, food was pricey but it’s Disney

The best hotel that my husband and I have been to thus far. It was a true family vacation stay. Looking forward to returning for another visit. Thanks goes to them for make my granddaughters Make a Wish dream vacation come true.

If it wasn’t for the smoky/stuffy room we got on the first night, the check in would have been great. The manager did make it up to us by moving us to a cleaner/ non smelly room. It went from “never again” to “I don’t want this yo end”. The staff are Disney’s main asset. Can’t wait to go back!
