Check in was good and the room looked good. Then we started to notice hardly no shelf space. Thats ok but a big inconvenience. As we sleep we did not know we would be waking up to ants. Went to tell the front desk and the lady said well its moisture sorry nothing we can do as she continued to stuff her face with the cheetos.ok then went back up and my daughter wanted sonething that requires heating. When we went to heat the food the microwave would run but not even heat a baby egg for the winter. Told them and said sorry use the 1 in the cafe. Ok then...well get what you paid for I will add great location to get to KC 30 mon straight shot pretty much. Other than that its ok if you are just needing something.

Bathroom needed a good deep clean

The bed was very comfortable and the room stayed super cold for me, and the staff was super nice and welcoming. Cleaning and upkeep wise they could definitely be doing a better job with the bathrooms. There was mold in the crevices of the shower, visible dirt and "grime" on the bathroom wall, and rust on fixtures. The bedding was super clean as was the rest of the room was as well.

This place was awesome! We stayed in a place much more high end last time in Kansas City in the $250+ a night range and this place out did it. The rooms were clean, quiet and let me tell you. The beds and pillows were extremely EXTREMELY comfortable. Breakfast was great. Great options for a 2 star hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking convenient. Easy access to highway. Safe. Nice outdoor pool. Will be staying here again next time we visit Kansas City!! Highly recommend!!
