Lovely hotel! Spacious room with a washer/dryer combo plus a refrigerator/freezer and microwave. The facility is spotless, the breakfasts are wonderful and the staff is super friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. We found a lovely restaurant about a 5 minute walk from the hotel called Love For All. It’s awesome, highly recommended. And many other options. The loop bus stops nearby and is very convenient to explore the sights. We will miss our time in Kanazawa.

One thing I really didn't like about is their service. I asked hotel staff to make restaurant reservation for me since most Japanese restaurants don't speak English well. But they don't provide this service. Also I ask hotel staff to book taxi for me. Again their policy is no.

Great Stay & Value, Wonderful Amenities

Great location as it was close to attractions, bus line, train station and restaurants. It was a beautiful hotel. Bed was comfortable. They provided excellent amenities that are rare to receive back in the US. Loved having a refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer. Only wish there was a second chair with a backrest not just a stool to sit on at the table in the room. Would readily stay here again.

A very comfortable hotel with lots of in room facilities including washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, iron board and shoe dryer. The layout of the room is well planned and functional with a seating area for two people. The Kanazawa loop bus stop is 100 meter from the hotel so it is very convenient. Most tourist spots are within walking distance. We enjoyed our three night stay very much. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was above our expectation. Highly recommended.

As a solo traveler, I appreciated the hotel reception desk having a full-time English speaker, the cleaning policies being sensible and the central location of the hotel to all key locations within Kanazawa. I will certainly stay with this property again in the future.
