A104 is a beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath deluxe unit. Enjoy gorgeous ocean and sunset views from the large covered lanai that is only steps away from the sandy beach. Complete renovations provide guests with brand new tile flooring, kitchen appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The spacious living room features comfortable furniture and a large flat screen television for guests to enjoy. Both bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the unit to ensure the utmost privacy. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a flat screen TV and large master bath with a beautiful newly redone shower. The second bedroom offers guests 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV also and its own private bathroom with a large tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have private access to the main lanai. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps down on the ground floor (no elevators).

**Guests of A104 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Spacious, clean and easy

We usually go to Maui but wanted to try something new... Our planning was a bit late for one of the peak holiday weeks, so not much to choose from. We selected Mauna Lani Terraces because of a recommendation from a friend. We selected this particular unit because it had 2 separate beds in the 2nd bedroom which was what we needed for our kids. The 2-1/2 bathrooms was a plus. The main room was very spacious. The entire unit was clean and well-stocked with kitchen equipment. Very much enjoyed the covered patio area, but definitely use the screen doors to keep the critters out.
