The condo was very run down. The dishwasher leaked into the kitchen while using. There was black mold on cabinets. The cabinets are literally falling apart at the baseboards. The shower shoots water sideways into the bathroom. None of the cabinets or drawers operated well at all. The dining room chair sliders were so old the chairs would glue themselves to the floor. The entire place had the feel of a cheap motel. The outside sprinkler was leaking onto the patio. Everything was 30yrs old. Washer and dryer were deafening loud. The carpet was the cheapest available. Ive rented 4 other properties in the point managed privately. They were all great and modern. They all included beach gear. This one provides nothing (as advertised). This place felt like a best western.The management team was very nice and accommodating. This place has a good view. Just be cautious you don’t step in the mud puddle while trying to enjoy it.
