The master suite is a sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. This bedroom opens up to the living room or can be closed off by a bamboo shoji screen. The second bedroom, with another king bed, is perfect for guests or family members. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled with modern fixtures and designer touches. The living area also features a couch with a double size and a love seat with a single size sleeper both with memory foam mattress accommodating up to two additional guests.

We had a great stay. The property was as advertised. Great views with some amazing sunsets. Never stayed this close to the water before. The only drawback is that if you are looking for a beach that is only steps away, this might not be the location for you. The property was quiet during quiet hours. Our host, Dawn, was very responsive. We never did have to contact her with any issues in the condo.The grounds, property, and condo were very, very clean. The extras included in the unit were nice: soap, shampoo, full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were very nice.We would stay here again.

Can't say enough great things about this place! Located right on the water with a great view of all the surfers! Best stocked vacation rental that we've ever stayed in - there are beach towels, a cooler, a beach umbrella, even snorkel gear!! Beds are very comfortable, easy check in, plenty of towels, extra pillows and linens. Fold out beds in living room were perfect and comfortable for our 2 teens. Fall asleep to the waves crashing and wake up to breakfast and coffee on the large balcony. Can't wait to come back! Would highly recommend!

This was a great property! Watching the sunset, the surfers, and hearing the ocean waves every night was incredible. They had beach gear too which I didn’t see listed and was a happy surprise. Very clean, fully stocked and all good things to report!

This condo is perfect! Location is quiet, watch the surfers from the balcony, see the waves roll in from a pool chair. A well appointed, updated and well stocked condo. More fun than expected watching surfers at almost all daylight hours. On the last day, rushed to Kīlauea to catch episode 22 of the Halemaʻumaʻu eruption. Unbelievable. Location is great, communication with the owner was great.

Review Banyan Beach Condo April 26/25-May 3/25-Sue & Jeff from Gig Harbor, WA Sue here.... Loved this place! It was the perfect location -close to the airport, minutes from downtown, close to kayaking and snorkeling adventures and right on the beach where we could watch surfers on the lanai ! That was Sue’s evaluation now here’s mine-the pragmatic Jeff approach….I use the Good, the Bad and the Ugly scale. First the Good-If you love the sound of surf this is the place for you! When they say it’s on the beach, they mean it is ON the beach!  Premium view of surfers and sunsets! The layout of the unit is perfect. Parking was so easy with the reserved spot. Pool and BBQ are nicely located as in we could BBQ while watching the sunset or be in the pool! The unit was well equipped with all the beach stuff you need. The Bad-hmmm…….hmmm……couldn’t find a roller pizza cutter to cut our “Hawaiian pizza” LOL The Ugly-ok hmmm……hmmm….salt water spray on the windshield in the morning?  We dealt with it LOL P.s. check in and check out procedures were very detailed by email, just read them (don't be like me and forget to check your email cuz you are on island time!)

Lovely stay in Kona waking up to surfers and dolphins

We had a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo. I really appreciated that the kitchen had some basic cooking essentials like salt/pepper, oil, etc. and that we were able to borrow snorkeling gear and a couple of beach chairs when visiting the beach. The description of the condo is accurate. The condo is clean and has a perfect view to watch the sunset. Communication with Dawn was easy, as was the check-in and check-out process. I would happily stay here the next time we visit the Big Island. Mahalo!
