Resort style living in a beautifully maintained property w/ a lush tropical setting. It's an 8 min. walk to dining, shopping and limitless activities in Kona town.

Located across from Royal Kona Resorts and world famous Don The Beachcomber bar which is famous for epic sunsets & Mai Tai's!!

You can't get a better location, plus the OCEAN view from the lanai and bed.

Ideal for a remote work getaway, or just to take a break and relax! You have everything you need for either. In the mornings walk to town for coffee/breakfast, and then in the evening grill by the pool or walk back into town. You have so many options with this condo and its location.

The condo is newly renovated and well maintained with a lot of TLC. There is a 180 degree view from the volcano to the ocean as you can see in the pics. You have a reserved parking spot in the garage which is directly under the unit. Very private unit, quiet and you are on the top floor. You have an elevator that takes you directly from the parking garage to the unit. Or if you want a work out, feel free to use the steps.

Short but Sweet

Beautifully appointed, newly renovated, and super clean condo. Easy check in and quick replies from owner. The plush king size bed was very comfortable. There were lots of extras for beach and supplies for housekeeping. We only stayed 4 nights, but everything was set up for a longer stay. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks, Eric!

The condo had only 4 large and 4 small plates, minimal utensils and glasses. Daily running of the dishwasher was necessary. My back didn't like the bed and I wasn't a fan of the rocks in the floor of the shower. There WAS NOT a microwave to warm up or cook our kind of breakfast either.

Property is beautiful and very clean. The AC in the bedroom area has a little issue with the installation. The condensation tank fills up and quits cooling for awhile in a cycle. Probably needs to have a hose run to the outside of the unit. I thought this unit had a central AC system. I may have read the listing wrong. Also a hot tub is listed on the listing but we did not find one. Overall very nice and clean place to be. Enjoyed it.
