Located across the street from popular White Sands Beach and along the iconic Ali’i Drive; walk, run, bike or drive along this beautiful coastline. Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill as well, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.

This fresh and clean condo is a favorite location of couples, families and groups! When entering #327, the Primary bedroom will be just inside on the left of the hall. This room features a private, en suite bathroom with washer/dryer. Across the hall is the guest bedroom with two twin beds. Both bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage for guest use. There is a guest bathroom accessible from the hallway and features a full shower and bathtub.
The kitchen opens up to the spacious dining and living room. You can chat with your family and friends while preparing a delicious meal. Enjoy a cup of Kona coffee on your lanai while taking in the scents of the local flowers and the ocean. You can close up the home and chill your sunburn in the AC after a long day of adventuring .
*Please note: -There is an elevator and an additional 10 stairs to the unit - All guests must check in at White Sands office no later than 24 hours after arrival. Registration forms can be found in the condo. - There is one parking spot available for overnight parking.

The beach portion of the park remains open and Water Safety Officers of the Hawai'i Fire Department continue their oversight of ocean activities there.

There was a tsunami warning, and we got back to the condo late the day before we were to check out, they gave us a few extra hours without charging us, which was greatly appreciated

I really liked this property as the location and the lanai were excellent! The downside was the condo looked clean, but after walking barefoot for less than 5 minutes, my feet were black so we ended up wearing slippers the entire time. Also the shower doors on the showers had terrible soap scum which did not make me feel confident that they were actually clean. The linens and towels were also dingy and old looking, and one towel actually had large holes in it. The beds could also use to be replaced as they were saggy and squeaked a lot. The pool was not great for small children as it gets deep very fast with very little shallow area and there is no jumping allowed. I would love to stay here again, I just hope its a bit cleaner feeling next time.

Basic condo in great location with mechanical problems and very uncomfortable beds..
The AC unit did not work. Took 3 days to get fixed. The washer/dryer did work. The beds were all very uncomfortable. We attempted to work with the management company to resolve these issues. After very poor follow up and with still unresolved basic necessities not working as advertised, we left the property early.

Air conditioning???
Arrived to find condo 81 degrees. Air conditioning took a full day to get to 74 degrees. Tile work and countertops are brand new….but all cabinets are from the 1970’s and dirty. Overall, the unit was clean but needs new dishes and some decent furnishings. Would probably not stay here again.

Pluses and Minuses for Roomy Well-Located Condo
Roomy 2-bd, 2bth condo. Good setting for beach access, and trendy beach snack shack is just across the street. Quiet, well-maintained building. Specific unit is very "tired" with out-of-date furnishings and grubby cupboard doors. Some family loved this place--a long time ago. Needs a major update.

Great Location
Let's start with the pluses. Great neighborhood, great view from condo, very quiet at night, clean, fantastic beach you can walk to, great place (Magics) for coffee and beach view in the morning, minutes from downtown Kona and close to every kind of shopping. Pool is very nice as well as AC to cool the place in the early evening.
To be fair I understand this place was just purchased and was told the new owners will be updating the condo. The mattress on the hide a bed sofa and in bedroom number 2 ( no bathroom) are very uncomfortable. Pots and pans should be tossed out, the main bedroom needs a dresser, because of a bright light outside the main bedroom window a curtain should be on that window, a nightstand and lamp should be on both sides of the bed, and the dining table and chairs are junk.
The kitchen as a whole needs a major updating. Also, you can't turn off the fan manually that is over the table.
I only write this in hopes the new owners read this and see what's needed.
Would I stay here again? Yes, with no hesitation. We figured the pluses outweighed the minuses and we truly had a great time

The worst room
Both the fan wings and lights on the ceiling of the living room were broken, and the lights and fans could not be used alone. The sound of the air conditioner was noisy and I couldn't sleep well. Also, the bed was too soft to sleep. The curtains in the living room are also broken, and the sun enters directly and is dazzling. It's the worst room ever.
