A large "bonus" room is set up with additional King bed and access to a newly installed private outdoor bathroom. The home has undergone a fresh renovation of kitchen, baths, floors, windows/doors, window coverings, split AC, artwork, furnishings and linens, and is an ideal, comfortable rental for up to 8 guests.

The guest bath includes a shower stocked with soft designer towels and amenities. From the ocean view front lanai, enjoy outdoor dining, comfortable lounging, lots of privacy and direct beach access. The back lanai offers additional seating, a BBQ and a brand new 9 person Jacuzzi. Conduct your business meetings using the high-speed fiber optic service. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys are all waiting for your enjoyment. Parking is provided for 2 to 3 vehicles, washer and dryer on site and the home is located at the end of a very private, quiet street just a short distance to the center of Kailua Town.
