Beach Hideaway gem
My wife and I loved our stay in this pretty new, we’ll maintained unit. This was a great location as we combined visiting nearby family and vacation activities. This is a friendly neighborhood, a very short walk down the hill to Kailua Beach and park. The view from the rooftop deck where we enjoyed many happy hours and morning coffees is inspiring with the Ocean on one side and mountains on the other. Diana, the property manager, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Diana made the whole process very easy. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Great Place, close to the beach.
The unit had everything you could ask for. It's not huge, but it is very comfortable for a couple and maybe a baby.
The location is fantastic. You only have to cross one street to get to the beach and it takes about 3 minutes from door to water. It's very convenient to drive to all the restaurants and shopping in town and there is a nice market a 10 minute walk away. Make sure you pay attention to the signs and go to the Farmers Market on Sunday, it's wonderful.
There is a huge deck on top with a lovely breeze in the evening. When I stayed there wasn't any furniture up there which is a shame, but I know Diana said they were getting some.
Very nice fridge with filtered water dispenser, induction cook top and a BBQ outside. The only dining area is the kitchen island but it is comfortable.
The AC works phenomenally well and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great. There is a huge closet and nice dresser.
Diana was a great host and is very responsive. When we talked about the fact I'd be working remotely she bought a desk and office chair for the unit which was great.
All in all a really nice place to stay and a great value.
