Went to check in and no one was at the desk. Tried calling the number on the window, no answer kept trying for a half hour and finally gave up and left. I want a refund!

everything was fine at check in and room. got up in the morning and the desk was suppose to open at 6 still was not open at 6:35 when we left and breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30 and nothing was out and no one around.

Room was clean and quiet. Good price for a quick overnight stay. The girl at the front desk wasnt to overly friendly, but i guess a working body is a working body. Breakfast area was super clean and well stocked.

Bait and switch! Terrible customer service!

We booked a smoking room online but were told when we got there that they didn't have one available. Even though they didn't have the room we paid for they refused to give us a refund and were pretty non-apologetic about the whole thing. There was an absolutely overwhelming smell of chemicals and the beds were like sitting on plywood. Ultimately, we left and drove an hour down the road to a nicer hotel for half the money. They still refused to give us a refund even though we didn't stay, but hotels.com was awesome about it and gave us a credit anyway.
