While the staff was ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the hotel very clean, our room had several issues.
Thursday around 11:30 PM no water pressure for about thirty minutes - while my wife was in the shower. Friday morning - no water pressure - had to use a bottle of water ($12.00 !!!) from the bar just to get a drink of water!
water pressure in Saturday AM also non-existant for about 30 minutes!
Toilet seat loose and falling off! Left sink in double vanity drain was clogged and back up nasty slimy water.

Overall, a good stay. They failed to service our room the first day so I called guest services. That is just a call center and they couldn't care less. Bad customer service experience.
