Staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good with variety and some changes from day to day which is good for a longer stay. Room was a good size with a view and good light. Spacious bathroom. Nice toiletries. Comfy bed. Plenty of eating options nearby.

Would not return, because 1. The room is very spacious and comfortable, but Outside the room, the hotel is too crowded and chaotic - does not feel like a luxurious hotel. 2. Elevators are a pain to use. There are 8 total, but only 2 seem to be working, and the elevator takes long time to access. The up and down lights blink at the same time, so there is no way to know which way it is going. Bottom line is that it takes a long time to use the elevator for going out and coming back.
