Our first impression of the hotel was the employee in the hoodie with the hood pulled up, sitting right outside the front door, smoking a cigarette. This was apparently a common occurrence, as there were numerous butts on the ground at his feet. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, but unkempt; shirt partially untucked, had not shaved, etc. Room was nice and the hotel was a good value. Breakfast was limited to coffee, tea, instant oatmeal, and a few packaged pastries. Certainly better than nothing, but some room for improvement there. The desk clerk in the morning was polar opposite of what we saw the night before on check in. Well dressed and groomed, and legitimately concerned when he asked about our experience and we told him what we had seen the night before, so maybe there is hope for the future.

I've stayed here a lot and was disappointed to see deterioration. The shower rack was falling off, the towel rack was loose, the tub was dingy, the bed-skirt was ripped. When I got the dish pack, the dish-drainer was dirty. No hangers in the room for my clothes. Usually I enjoy this hotel and stay for a week or more. Not sure I will be back. Makes me sad.

No coffee maker in the room by others is coffee in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. Lighting was not so great. “Breakfast” in the lobby is a bit of a stretch. Instant oatmeal packets and packaged muffins. I didn’t see any fruit.

Ten nights in Alaska. Nine beds were super, this one was not and needs replacing. Across the street from airport made it handy.

My three night stay was very nice and quite affordable... The staff was excellent and the room was comfortable and exactly what I needed for conducting business in Juneau. I will stay there again when I return.

It was very nice. The staff was very helpful and accomodating

Stayed because it offers rides to the ferry and the airport

Convenient location - close to airport and bus line which was nice since I was visiting without a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The walls were thin and it was sometimes a little noisy but otherwise a decent, lower budget place to stay.

My family with two small children loved the pool, and liked the proximity to the airport, a short walk across the street. Also it was away from downtown, but very close to beaches and glacier park. It was easy to obtain all you need for the kitchen, and other convenience items from the helpful staff. The pool was clean and plenty of towels. The room had no working air conditioning controls, which was odd.

Although a very slow check-in, the location (right across from the airport) was extremely convenient! Even with the very close proximity to the airport we were not disturbed by plane noise. Vey homey feel. Grab and go breakfast could have used more choices, but the coffee was very good and always available. We spent a week in two rooms and had no complaints during our stay.

Close to airport--very good front desk staff--A+ experience

I left my I phone charger in room walked to airport and didn't have it. Called when got to destination and there was no trace of my charger. Come on folks. I won't stay in a place where housekeeping is allowed to keep what is found in rooms. I travel a lot and have experienced trustworthy staff. Disappointed

My stay in this hotel is very comfortable. Looking at the airport with the mountains on the background.

I needed a place to stay overnight before taking the ferry to Haines, AK. This hotel served my purpose.

I was only here for 2 nights, but they were loud nights with ball teams staying in hotel and unchaperoned, though it seems. There was also a guest fighting with girlfriend or wife who had locked him out of room and he carried on screaming and crying for well over a half an hour without anyone from hotel staff doing anything about it. All the noise continued well after 10:30 pm with kids (teens from ball teams) yelling, screaming and carrying on in hallways. It is difficult, because I thought things had changed from last stay a few years back.

Very friendly, free shuttle service, walking distance to the airport even with luggage, 24 h tea and coffee, no restaurant in the hotel but close

Staff Friendly, Offered credit on room fees when we checked out early. (No fault of theirs - our plans changed). Beds needed vacuumed underneath. Found stray sock, salt container, popcorn under them. Tile & laminate floors need the gunk scrubbed out of the corners. Kitchen area clean.

Pretty standard room for an Extended Stay. Extremely close to the airport. They didn't have a driver for their shuttle to downtown and didn't seem too sorry about it and had no alternative ideas as to how to get there, so maybe that is a regular occurrence. Which is pretty terrible as it is far away from anything that isn't the airport or another hotel.

Good, will recommend more cleanliness for the rooms

The hotel did a Great Job resolving the problem. The rooms we received were acceptable other than putting up with rooms that have been smoked in. The problem I requested 2 room, each room to have 2 beds to accommodate 4 adult males. Construction males are a lot like solitary loving Alaskan Bears - they do not share nests. The reservation was made for 2 rooms with a king in each room - not good. As I said the Hotel Manager was helpful and arranged 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. I will using the hotel again but I do not think I will use the chat page for support.
