It was very nice. The staff was very helpful and accomodating

Stayed because it offers rides to the ferry and the airport

Convenient location - close to airport and bus line which was nice since I was visiting without a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The walls were thin and it was sometimes a little noisy but otherwise a decent, lower budget place to stay.

My family with two small children loved the pool, and liked the proximity to the airport, a short walk across the street. Also it was away from downtown, but very close to beaches and glacier park. It was easy to obtain all you need for the kitchen, and other convenience items from the helpful staff. The pool was clean and plenty of towels. The room had no working air conditioning controls, which was odd.

Although a very slow check-in, the location (right across from the airport) was extremely convenient! Even with the very close proximity to the airport we were not disturbed by plane noise. Vey homey feel. Grab and go breakfast could have used more choices, but the coffee was very good and always available. We spent a week in two rooms and had no complaints during our stay.

Close to airport--very good front desk staff--A+ experience

I left my I phone charger in room walked to airport and didn't have it. Called when got to destination and there was no trace of my charger. Come on folks. I won't stay in a place where housekeeping is allowed to keep what is found in rooms. I travel a lot and have experienced trustworthy staff. Disappointed

My stay in this hotel is very comfortable. Looking at the airport with the mountains on the background.

I needed a place to stay overnight before taking the ferry to Haines, AK. This hotel served my purpose.

I was only here for 2 nights, but they were loud nights with ball teams staying in hotel and unchaperoned, though it seems. There was also a guest fighting with girlfriend or wife who had locked him out of room and he carried on screaming and crying for well over a half an hour without anyone from hotel staff doing anything about it. All the noise continued well after 10:30 pm with kids (teens from ball teams) yelling, screaming and carrying on in hallways. It is difficult, because I thought things had changed from last stay a few years back.

Very friendly, free shuttle service, walking distance to the airport even with luggage, 24 h tea and coffee, no restaurant in the hotel but close

Staff Friendly, Offered credit on room fees when we checked out early. (No fault of theirs - our plans changed). Beds needed vacuumed underneath. Found stray sock, salt container, popcorn under them. Tile & laminate floors need the gunk scrubbed out of the corners. Kitchen area clean.

Pretty standard room for an Extended Stay. Extremely close to the airport. They didn't have a driver for their shuttle to downtown and didn't seem too sorry about it and had no alternative ideas as to how to get there, so maybe that is a regular occurrence. Which is pretty terrible as it is far away from anything that isn't the airport or another hotel.

Good, will recommend more cleanliness for the rooms

The hotel did a Great Job resolving the problem. The rooms we received were acceptable other than putting up with rooms that have been smoked in. The problem I requested 2 room, each room to have 2 beds to accommodate 4 adult males. Construction males are a lot like solitary loving Alaskan Bears - they do not share nests. The reservation was made for 2 rooms with a king in each room - not good. As I said the Hotel Manager was helpful and arranged 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. I will using the hotel again but I do not think I will use the chat page for support.

Very clean. Walking distance to reasonable restaurants. Close to airport, yet quiet at night. Good noise policy. Need to rent a car to get to downtown Juneau. If you plan on renting a vehicle anyway, it is a great deal.

staff very friendly. rooms are nice, comfortable and well stocked. I did encounter a few issues on this stay. I called for a pick from the airport sometime after 10pm only to be told their driver was off duty. the hotel is across the street from the airport and takes a minute to walk over (I just preferred not to because of the snow and my luggage). upon arrival, the sign at the front desk indicated shuttle service available until 11pm. the cleanliness of the room was ok except for dirty chairs at the table (looked like dirt or salt from outside) and hairs in the tub. I have stayed at this hotel before and will probably use it again in the future as these issues aren't normally encountered during my visits. I am usually in Juneau only for 1 night at a time traveling through.

Not good. Poorly cleaned rooms, minimal service, and disengaged staff.

Excellent location and wonderful and helpful staff. Room was clean and well prepared. Had business in both parts of the city (Glacier and Downtown) - quick access to the airport. Needed to get in and out quickly and it was just a block or so away from airport.

The staff in particular were fantastic. The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable. Perfect end to a wonderful fishing trip.
