"The bar was stoked and the air-conditioning was very cold. I had to turn off and get a blanket. Most of the staff are not people or service friendly. A few that stood out were Ana in the buffet, Alejandro in the timeshare area, Elias that took us over to the timeshare, the young lady that served us in the "reserved"outside timeshare bar area. Our daughter was ill 2/2 water contamination and was limited on what she could eat as she was bedridden.There was minimal help in getting food to her from the folks in charge. Room service was not available on several occasions to bring food to her. Our VIP status meant nothing. "

I felt safe walking throughout the property. The staff ensured that when I was walking at night the next staff member was ready to receive me to get to my destination. Thank you! We were able to disconnect from our daily lives and felt safe doing so. "
