The entire stay was horrible! It started with check in I paid for a superior ocean view room they gave me a 1st floor room with no view and when I went to the desk to demand the room I paid for the front desk clerk said no you did not pay for an ocean view it says superior only. Let me remind you that all the superior rooms were ocean view we went back and forth and I refused to give in so she gave me the room I paid for finally. She did not give me cards for towels and only gave me one key card then the next morning at 10 am I went to make reservations at one of the restaurants which it’s only one besides the buffet and was told that I couldn’t because I didn’t come at 9 I walked away and came back and she was giving another person reservations I asked why she could get it but I couldn’t she begin to say the lady made hers yesterday and she was just giving her the paper I told them I was unhappy with my vacation this far then staff memebers came to me and said come you can make a reservation at that time she asked what time I wanted there were slots open under all times I don’t know why she didn’t want to give me a reservation then my daughters fingernail came off kayaking and front desk said we can not help you and they did it a man in the lobby went and found a man with a first aid kit who helped us it’s only one restaurant there that poses as two it’s a snack bar that only serves burgers fries and hot dogs and the buffet that has about 10 items not including the salad bar

This property was a great value for the price. It is NOT a high-end luxury resort. It's pretty basic, actually. But if what you want is a nice place to enjoy the beach without a lot of other fluff, it's a great option.

The resort is very beautiful, the beach, the pool, the rooms. Employees are friendly and helpfull. They do need to get better organized as far as the check in process goes and when having to move guests from one room to another due to issues like things not working in a room. We ended up going thru 3 rooms before we got an ocean view that didnt have a broken toilet, broken AC or fridge. Once placed in the appropiate room our stay was very nice. We had a great time. My daughter had a lots of fun with the games/activities the chocolate friends did. A few staff members that went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our time there were Manuel & Maria at the front desk. Another two gentlemen who's names I didnt catch. Juan at the pool bar also.Their help was greatly appreciated.
