The room got flooded the roof was leaking. They gave us a room with 2 beds when we had one with 1 king size .we stayed there for 5 nights and were told we couldn’t reserve in the restaurants but 3 times ( that was our limit) for a all inclusive hotel I felt like we were limited. One of the house keeping girls walk in the room with out knocking. Also another housekeeping girl scolded us for having the balcony door open.

Upon check-in room was not ready, waited for over an hour for room, staff is unfriendly and impatient, gift store absurdly overpriced, food is not good, have to have reservations to eat anywhere besides buffet, second pool closed down majority of stay. Perk: beautiful beach.

Too many locals, they are loud have different mannerisms like leaving garbage cups in the water. . I’d rather vacation with outside tourists. The service was excellent very attentive. The beach had a lot of seaweed that wasn’t the best.

The staff was not too friendly, the first room was dirty and the sink was leaking water from the bottom. The second room was fine but my step sister and me the next day have a lot pimples around our body and they’re extremely itchy. We don’t know where they came from because we didn’t have any of these before we got there.

En general nos encanto el hotel. El servicio por parte de los empleados fue unico e increible, especialmente el servicio del departamento de botones y los bartenders siempre fue el mejor. No habia un momento del dia en que pasaras por el lobby que ellos no mostraran una sonrisa y siempre dispuestos a servir. En el lado a mejorar seria las reservas de los restaurantes ya que la primera noche cuando llegamos fuimos y nos dijeron que fueramos al otro dia de 7 a 9 y cuando fuimos nos comentaron que todo estaba full y que para ningun restaurante habia disponibilidad. En fin, fueron 3 dias de solo buffet de cena, lo demas amamos el lugar.

THIN WALLS = ZERO PRIVACY! I could hear every single thing happening in the room next door—EVERYTHING. It was intrusive, uncomfortable, and honestly traumatizing. No guest should be forced to listen to such intimate noises and details of strangers’ lives while trying to relax. The constant noise completely ruined my stay and made it impossible to feel at ease. Yes, the property itself looks nice, and the food and staff were decent, but none of that matters when you can’t even sleep in peace. I left more stressed than when I arrived. Hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
