The room attendant refused to give us clean towels. They collected the used towels and never replenished. When I asked for towels she said she didn’t have any and rolled her eyes. This went on for the entire stay. When we were looking to get a meal at the all inclusive there was no food left at the buffet. We finally figured out we needed to make reservations but no one informed us at the check in which took forever bc they made the locals priority so many visitors were being made to wait as the locals cut the line. The cockroaches that we found in our room (2 days in a row) were endearing (absolutely not). The entire experience from start to finish was a complete nightmare. Even checkout we were not given a checkout ticket and the security guard gave me an attitude and told me to get one. Also our hotel room was located across the street from the actual hotel which resembles a motel 8 but the only difference we had a view of barbwires. There was not one silver lining in this vacation. There was definitely signs that the employees do not like Americans. We were made to feel as second hand citizens throughout the stay. Advice to anyone who is looking to stay at this place…..stay the heck away unless you are local!!!!
