birds were living in the ceiling making it extremely annoying and noisy. i requested new towels and it took two days for it to arrive. food is decent, nothing crazy. resort isnt the biggest, you can walk the entire resort in about 10 minutes. overall 4/10

Elevators not working for 7 days had to walk up in some cases 8 times in a day. Staff can’t get you cappuccino in dining room anymore and why did they get rid of 2nd cappuccino machine place has gone downhill since last trip Place has gone down I spend $15,000 a year here and we will be looking for new place

The rooms are decent and mattresses are comfortable. However the buffet is terrible , even drinks were very bad . But the absolute worst part are the ladies working the buffet area, extremely rude, service was awful , the lady servicing our table when we were finished eating looked all over the table for a tip and when she realized there wasn’t one, due to horrible service, she scowled her face , rolled her eyes and shook her head . You have to do a decent job and not be rude to earn a tip. Not be rude the entire time and expect extra for it !!
