"We had a great stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. The staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed most of our experience. The only disappointing part was the pool and hot tub area. The air in that area was so strong that it burned our eyes and caused our kids to cough. We noticed other families come in and leave within a few minutes because it was difficult to sit in the area. We did let the front desk know, and they mentioned it was normal for busy nights, but we have stayed at many busy hotels and have never experienced anything like this before. Aside from the pool area, everything else about our stay was great. We would consider staying here again, but we hope the pool area issue gets looked into for future guests."
