Hotel not helpful when making reservation or in assisting with airport transfer front desk staff rude at both pre-stay conversations. I was extending a group stay otherwise would never use this hotel.
Very clean, convenient, outstanding updated bathroom, staff extremely curteous .

No sabian la disponibilidad de la cuna. Tuve que insistir varias veces para que hicieran la cama adicional. El seevicio de lavanderia no lo tienen disponible los domingos. Sin embaego si pudieron lavar 3 prendas ese dia por emeegencia. Pedi que nos dieron desayuna go away ya que nuestro vuelo salia 8am. Y nunca estuvo listo por tanto no lo tomamos. Un dia llegamos rn la noche a la habitacion y la habitacion no la habia arreglado.
