The Hotel is in the process of renovating their rooms, mine looked a little dated but was clean comfortable and functional. I reported a problem which was quickly attended to. Breakfast was good, like all of these places avoid the pastries, the fresh fruit, eggs any way you like and other accompaniments are good & they try to cater for all (pork dishes are seperate). The evening menu is a bit ordinary but there are plenty of other places nearby to dine. For sightseeing the hop on hop off bus has a shuttle stop in front of the hotel. There is a nearby train station which is walkable, it goes to the airport and is clean and safe. The airport transfer service offered by the hotel if you have more luggage is clean, comfortable & the drivers professional.

We had to wait a long time to check in, there was a problem between Expedia and the hotel, but it was eventually resolved and we were accommodated. It was only an overnight, so didn't get to spend enough time to properly review. Lovely bed and bedding, super comfy and king-size everything! Very nice shower, complimentary toiletries, full breakfast spread, and easy access to the shops through the hotel!

Extreme Rude and poor check-in experience

Hi. The checkin experience was really poor. the lady staff agent did not greet, no even hello. was busy with another call and just waved me to a colleague who was busy, then she did my checkin, again no hello/good evening etc. really rude. my room (room 503) had no hand soap. i needed to call housekeeping. they did not answer. i had to call reception, that took a very long time to answer the call. eventually a security team member was sent to bring me soap. this individual was very polite which i appreciated. overall the service level at checkin was extremely disappointing.
