Its not just A hotel, its a special place where Nelson Mandela spend time working on his books. The place has a beautiful spirit, great energy, it is very romantic. Couple of miles out of the center, so its nice and fresh and quiet. As far as the hotel part: I would give it 6 stars. Rooms are VERY spacious, modern, elegantly decorated. I can't think of one thing that I would improve. I'm definitely going back to Johannesburg and I will definitely stay at the Saxon.
