Horrible Bed, old towels and poor admin
The hotel was a disaster, the bed was so collapsed we basically got no sleep. I used the level app on my phone which indicated an 8 degree incline from the sides of the bed toward the middle of the bed where it was collapsed. On top of this the toilet made a huge noise and wouldn't stop running, we had to turn off the tap. They also have a strange policy regarding showering and when the hot water is available. The towels I was my dogs with were also in a better condition to the ones they provided. When we first tried to check in they also had no record of our full payment and I had to produce proof of payment which they asked for in a very accusatory and unfriendly way (which I didn't have with me so had to fined on my phone and then email to them). NOT recommended at all.
