What an amazing hotel! My check in was smoothly, they even upgraded my room. The room was very nice and comfortable! Reception is super friendly and helpful. And breakfast is to die for! The cuscus temperado was delicious!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Perfect Hotel

We spent a lot of time in the hotel as our luggage was lost and we could not attend the conference. The staff was very helpful, the location was convenient, the internet was excellent. They were able to make some prints for us for free. Their staff helped us make phone calls to help chase our luggage.

Hotel tem ótimo localização, a equipe é atenciosa e solicita, o café da manhã é delicioso. O único problema que tivemos foi em relação a limpeza do quartos. Acredito que seja pq a equipe é reduzida e não haja tempo de limpar todos. Tenho uma reclamação em relação ao papel higiênico, eles reutilizam o rolo de papel higiênico de outros quartos. Pegam rolos usados e muitos quase acabando e colocam nos quartos. Reclamei 2 dias e ainda sim continuaram com a prática.

Tudo muito tranquilo. Fomos bem recebidos. Garagem coberta. Café da manhã impecável, pessoal bem receptivo. Minha mãe sempre pedia tapioca, e vc poderia escolher o recheio de sua preferência.
