O quarto estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo, e ao ligar o ar-condicionado começou a vazar muita água, notifiquei os responsáveis porém só conseguiram corrigir o defeito no dia seguinte. A cozinha é bem completa com utensílios para refeições rápidas ou até se quiser cozinhar mesmo, o banheiro estava muito limpo, a cama, apenas o sofá merecia uma atenção melhor, pois estava sujo. A área gourmet do apartamento é uma atração a parte, ótimo para fazer um café da manhã diferente e um churrasco em família, entretanto, a piscina também estava suja com cabelos. O apartamento é novo e muito próximo da praia, lugar bem calmo.
