Prédio bom, com otima localização, equipe prestativa, piscina com vista, porém o quarto com uma única pia para uso de banheiro e de cozinha, isso foi absurdo. A pia entupiu. Cheiro de naftalina pelo quarto todo. Banheiro também com larvas embaixo do lixo, pois água escorria do banho ia para privada.

Porta de acesso a praia não podia ser utilizada. Não gostei da cama. Muito macia para o meu gosto. No banheiro não havia lugar para pendurar nada. E também não havia lugar para sabonete no box. Acabei comprando na Lojas americanas. Na cozinha só tinha um cooktop de uma boca e um microondas.E não havia serviço de quarto nem para troca de toalhas e nem para limpeza. Se eu quisesse este serviço, teria que pagar. O prédio é de frente para a praia e bem localizado.Mas o quarto poderia ser bem melhor.

O flat em si, muito bonito e organizado. Nas fotos parece ser grande mas não é . Equipado até então para um casal , onde nossas refeições era feitas fora, então não precisamos usar panelas etc.. pontos negativos : não tem uma pia estratégica para a louça , só tem a do banheiro. Área da piscina durante o dia quase não dá pra curtir por que não tem área coberta então só fica quem gosta de torrar no sol. Mas depois das 15h aí sim muito bom a piscina. No demais sem críticas , foi boa , tranquila e confortável a nossa viagem . Zero estresse .

O quarto é pequeno mas é confortável, a cama é boa e o ar mantem uma temperatura ambiente. Entretanto o que realmente incomoda é ter apenas uma pia, é desconfortável lavar os utensílios da “cozinha” no banheiro, acredito que não é higiênico também. Outra questão que incomodou foi não ter ferro de passar roupas na acomodação, pois quem viaja as roupas sempre amassam na mala. A vista mar é linda, a hidromassagem é boa, mas não é quente. São pequenos detalhes que não atrapalham a estadia de quem vai passar pela acomodação, mas incomoda pois não facilita.

O prédio é bem moderno. A paisagem é linda, bem ventilado. O rooftop é fantástico. O que foi um pouco chato foi o sistema de segurança que usam no prédio, é através de um link, que pra gente quase sempre deu problema, mas foi resolvido nos últimos dias de estadia. Ficamos 5 dias e não houve limpeza e no apartamento não tinha nada pra que pudéssemos fazer a limpeza tbm.
