The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, and shower is clean. Did noticed several leaking spots a along the hallway that had a catch bucket.

It right next to 4th street live. If you want that it’s great. Don’t get caught on the wrong side of the street after 5pm or you have to walk around a few blocks. The homeless population is aggressive and potentially have mental health issues. Otherwise, it’s overall safe. We walked down to the river for a boat cruise without any issues. The builds are well kept and there are restaurants, museums, entertainment and is festive.
Love, loved, LOVED the Manager Social, breakfast, and ALL the staff who supported these amenities. They were all very professional, kind, friendly, good people. We really enjoyed the Bartenders. Wonderful ladies. Unfortunately, front desk staff not the same feeling. Of my 5 days there, my daily experience was rude, arrogant, and just not friendly. Also, you need to come up with a better plan for your valet/shuttle service. Valet “forgot” about us one day, and we had a 40 minute the next day, The shuttle never arrived at the airport after talking with both the front desk and valet staff. Plus we found out the morning of our departure that the shuttle is not available before 7:00am (we had a 6:00am flight). Luckily we had family in the area. Overall nice but frustrating.

It’s a beautiful hotel. You can also take a walk through fourth street and enjoy good food or check out the bar

the arrow directions to find room was confusing. Like myself I saw others also walking in circles in search of room or ice machine. Wall paper was a bit to busy for me. added to confusion. Loud noise from air condition machine.
