Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path (27 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Toscamar" 3.8 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 5.8 km, shingle beach "Portitxol" 2.9 km. Tennis 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
