We just finished our reunion here in Jasper. The hotel gave us a great price for our rooms, but Saturday we were displaced from our meeting area by a large group of "quilters". When asked, they booked the room 3 months ago-we had the room booked at least 3 months before that. The staff was great and set us up in the fitness room, but that meant the older generation had to walk through the rain to get to the bathroom. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke-and we know why. As the ladies are washing, drying and folding sheets and towels they smoke. Then of course the put those linens in the room with the smoke infused into them. 😳

$63.00 got me a quite, clean, recently updated room Very nice staff, standard continental breakfast. For $63.00. Not a bad deal A little hard to turn into Just turn into the Pizza Hut turn off and it's 150 yards away

Catharine at check in was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was well lit. That's about it for the positive. Breakfast left much to be desired, the toilet in the room always ran, and several other minor things. When I told them about the toilet they said "yeah a lot of them do that".

Traveling with a pet can be challenging at times. Our travels had us near Jasper and in need of a hotel. After checking some other chains (who didn't allow pets), we stopped at this Quality Inn (who did). Check-in (without a reservation) was efficient and we didn't feel like we were getting ripped-off for not having a reservation. We found the room to be clean and enjoyable. Our only issue was a television that wouldn't work. Staff offered to move us to another room, but we were already settled (read a book, instead). The complete breakfast was enjoyable and well done.

everything as expected at a quality inn was great. i don't know where they find so many friendly people to staff there hotels with, but i wish everyone was as friendly as their staff. they go out of their way to help.

We chose this hotel because we needed a pet friendly place. It was a little difficult to find because our GPS led us to a back street incorrectly even though this hotel is actually along Highway 78E but sits up high so you need to look closely to find the entrance. It definitely needs updating but I was told it is now under new management and will soon be renovated. The room we had was spacious and clean - I checked it out first before deciding to stay. It was easy to pull the car up to unpack and they had grassy areas for our dog. Parking lot was well lit; breakfast was okay; staff was friendly and I think once it is renovated it will be much nicer. I gave it 3 stars because our room was very clean. I doubt I would stay here more than one night but for passing through it was fine.

The night receptionist was very polite and professional. Clean room and safe, nice parking with good lighting. Trash truck woke us up at 5 am, loud back up beep. Needed up early anyway but would bother most people. Daytime staff not very polite or professional and seemed scatter-brained. Decent breakfast with good coffee but stay away from sausage (almost frozen). Priced a little high considering hotel but only one around that allows pets.

When I was at the Quality Inn hotel on April the 14th. The hotel does not have any quality. The rooms were not ready , even though we had a reservations. Our room had very poor maintenance. Number 1 is we could not get the temperature right in my room. The second problem is our room is dusty and filthy including the air filter was dusty and filthy. The third problem is there was paper inside the peep hole inside my room. I had to remove the paper inside the peep hole just to see the peep hole outside. Breakfast was ok.

As you approach you may think you have made a mistake but don't worry. Set on a hill a little back from the highway that runs though the centre of town you have the convince of the road without the noise. The rooms are large and come with fridge and microwave. The hot water takes time to run though but once it arrives it is hot and plenty of it. Breakfast is ok

I have always stayed with the Quality Inn, newly named after the James Inn. it has always been pet friendly too, nice rooms, comfortable beds. One time that I remember it smelled like dogs. I have cats and make sure they have their litter boxes in the seperate bathroom. Nice hosts, great breakfast and a pool when it gets warmer. Excersze room and lots of rooms on two floors. right in back of pizza hut. and easy to go to wallmart or dollar stores or a mall in or near Kmart. Miss the manager, wish I could remember her name, but she always made me feel special. clean area and beautiful views ...
