Quality Inn Jasper

I have stayed at this Quality Inn probably four or five times over the years, and in one word, it is "reliable." The amenities will not knock your socks off, but for under $50.00, I don't think you can beat it if your expectations are in line with "you get what you pay for." By no means is/was the above reference a passive jab at this property but it's no frills, and the price point is on par with what I would expect for a 2 Star, sub $50.00 stay. The rooms are not immaculately clean but nor are they dirty; the beds and bathroom have always been clean and well kept. For good value in the Jasper (AL) area, I think it's worth a shot, as I wouldn't have a problem recommending it to friends/family, so long as they are not expecting a romantic/resort like experience.

Stayed here on way to Memphis and i thought it was a nice place. Wasnt nothing great but outside was clean, my room was clean, shower was good, towels and bed sheets were clean and i got a good nights sleep. I would def stay here again. Driveway needs a sign out at end of it but was quiet where its located. Lots of store around area.

Stayed one night on our way to Florida. The only option available that accepts dogs. The room had some updates, but was dirty. The new granite vanity is beautiful, but hadn't been wiped off from the last occupant. The carpet needed vacuuming, the toilet seat was loose and didn't flush well. Needed a good dusting and deep cleaning light switches, etc. I don't know if they put people with pets in the bad rooms, but if we'd had another option we wouldn't have stayed there. The staff wasn't friendly and the breakfast attendant was visibly ill and while I was eating I could hear her in the restroom throwing up. When I told the front desk that she needed to get out of the dining area, she snapped at me and said the attendant was going home. I hope I don't catch what she had. I didn't think I'd sleep well, but I was so tired that I did. So, if you can overlook the issues and are just looking for a place to sleep and a marginal breakfast, go for it. I'm a choice rewards member and I think Choice needs to inspect this property. Reviews are important.

The hotel was clean, nicely redone and very comfortable. The new flat screen TV had very crisp reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Near restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the free breakfast and felt we got a good deal through Priceline. However, be aware that it's a little challenging finding it at night. It's off the road, behind the Pizza Hut and up a small, dimly lit hill. You really have to look out for it. The hotel itself is very well lit, once you get there. Jasper is a lovely little town which was having a festival during our visit. Although this hotel is near the strip mall side of town, the downtown is worth a stop.

The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable I nearly overslept. The front desk clerk Lisa was very efficient and polite, she knew the best restaurants and a pleasure to interact with. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Best coffee I've had at any other hotel. I highly recommend staying here quiet at night and the best hotel staff I've encountered in a long time. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜€πŸš—

We just finished our reunion here in Jasper. The hotel gave us a great price for our rooms, but Saturday we were displaced from our meeting area by a large group of "quilters". When asked, they booked the room 3 months ago-we had the room booked at least 3 months before that. The staff was great and set us up in the fitness room, but that meant the older generation had to walk through the rain to get to the bathroom. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke-and we know why. As the ladies are washing, drying and folding sheets and towels they smoke. Then of course the put those linens in the room with the smoke infused into them. 😳

$63.00 got me a quite, clean, recently updated room Very nice staff, standard continental breakfast. For $63.00. Not a bad deal A little hard to turn into Just turn into the Pizza Hut turn off and it's 150 yards away

Catharine at check in was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking was well lit. That's about it for the positive. Breakfast left much to be desired, the toilet in the room always ran, and several other minor things. When I told them about the toilet they said "yeah a lot of them do that".

Traveling with a pet can be challenging at times. Our travels had us near Jasper and in need of a hotel. After checking some other chains (who didn't allow pets), we stopped at this Quality Inn (who did). Check-in (without a reservation) was efficient and we didn't feel like we were getting ripped-off for not having a reservation. We found the room to be clean and enjoyable. Our only issue was a television that wouldn't work. Staff offered to move us to another room, but we were already settled (read a book, instead). The complete breakfast was enjoyable and well done.

everything as expected at a quality inn was great. i don't know where they find so many friendly people to staff there hotels with, but i wish everyone was as friendly as their staff. they go out of their way to help.
