I stayed at this location in December with my puppy so chose to make the reservation on the way back and didn’t realize there was a 15 pound limit so I was denied my reservation. As a single woman traveling across country, I thought there could be some flexibility. He was only 5 pounds over the limit because I was gone for three months and he gained those 5 pounds. I will not be using Choice hotels in the future they were not helpful and helping me find another location not a lot of empathy.

If you are booking for a pet friendly hotel this hotel has a policy that no pet can weigh more then 15 lbs and there is a $30 pet fee per pet. This information is not clear in the booking so when we arrived and had used points for the stay we could not check in and had to go to a different property. Hotels.com made it right for us when the property would not offer a refund. Just don’t want that to happen to another pet owner.

Adjoining room with ppl trying to get in. When we called the front office they said hang on & proceeded to say hey aren't y'all on 321 well i have room 322 on the phone complaining that y'all are trying to open the door and being way too loud. I didn't feel comfortable or safe at all so we left after she said we can't get my money back & spa they won't do anything to retaliate. There was also a stink bug on the light crawling around.

The staff was friendly but this hotel is run down. The bed was comfortable but the walls need paint, the bathtub is corroded, there are obviously problems with long term renters or something. Noise upstairs was awful.
