This home is well equipped with an updated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. The first floor Master bedroom has a King bed, while the guest room features a queen bed and private bath. The screened porch is another great space to grill and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Enjoy two wonderful restaurants inside the gates of the neighborhood. Argyle located within walking distance from the home or enjoy the dinning service of TPC Sawgrass country club, while over looking the historic 18th green. Just minutes from the beach, award winning golf, shopping, and entertainment, this is the perfect home to experience all that Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer!
