Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to four guests, offering a king bed in the bedroom and a sectional sofa that converts into additional sleeping space. Fresh linens, extra pillows, and blankets ensure a restful night, while hangers, clothing storage, and an iron make settling in easy.

Outdoor living
Open the sliders and let the ocean breeze fill the room. The private terrace extends your living space to the Atlantic, where you can sip morning coffee as the sun rises or unwind at dusk while the sky softens to amber. Direct beach access makes it simple to move between the shore and your sofa whenever you please.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed for homemade meals - a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. Cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper are on hand, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Gather at the dining table for a shared meal or enjoy a quick bite before heading out to explore.

Living spaces
Inside, an open-concept great room connects the living and dining areas, creating a relaxed flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Stretch out on the sofa with the HDTV equipped with Roku (guests provide their own login credentials) or enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, towels, soap, and toilet paper. A hair dryer and cleaning products add convenience for longer stays.

Neighborhood
Situated along Ponte Vedra Boulevard, the condo offers easy access to casual dining, boutique shops, and golf at TPC Sawgrass. St. Augustine’s historic sites and Jacksonville Beach are a short drive away, making this oceanfront escape a peaceful yet well-connected retreat.
