This beautiful two-level townhouse condo is perfectly located on the north end of Amelia Island in a quiet residential area and a two-minute walk from the beach. Renovated from top to bottom, the well-appointed space boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a private outdoor living space, and a private balcony that make it an ideal location for your next beach vacation, relaxing, or entertaining! Walk, bike, or quickly drive to the historic downtown, located only two miles away.

Enjoy shopping at antique shops, boutiques and the farmer's market. Experience diverse dining options, ice cream shops, and beautiful sunsets over the marina. Then come home and relax in the peace and tranquility of this family-friendly neighborhood.

Upon entering Seas The Day condo, guests are welcomed into the main living area equipped with a comfortable sectional sofa, smart TV, and desk. The cool tones and coastal décor is only fitting for staying so close to the beach!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, cookware, a toaster, a blender and a coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is the dining room with sliding glass doors that lead to the private fenced patio. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer/dryer downstairs.

The upper level consists of two large bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a King bed, dresser, walk-in closet and access to a private balcony. The second room comfortably fits two sets of bunk beds; both with a Full-size bed below and twin bed on top. There is a sitting area along the bay window and a full-size closet. Another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located on this level.

The Fernandina Shores condominium offers numerous amenities including a large pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse. The location is ideal for families as it is very close to Main Beach, a variety of restaurants, playgrounds, putt-putt golf, sand volleyball courts, and Fort Clinch State Park.

Fast productivity-friendly WIFI is available. Unwind after a long day at work on the upstairs balcony or the private downstairs fenced-in patio.

Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)

The apartment was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Short 3 block walk to the beach and the pool was right behind the unit. Nice pool area as well. Would recommend a stay here. Beautiful area in Fernandina Beach.

Nice place for a small family and very close to the beach. Check in was a breeze and the email i sent was replied too very quickly. The only complaint i can have was the pool was closed for maintenance for the week, just would of like a heads up, but overall would stay here again.

Very nice condo

I stayed here with my wife and 4 children ranging from 5 years old to 10 months. The bunk bed setup was perfect and the house was very well done and clean. The pool was very nice and well maintained. The only thing that wasn’t there that we would have used was a dishwasher, but it was not a significant issue for us. Very nice setting just a short walk to the beach which we did walk to several times. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Overall everything was nice and clean. The description says 3 bedrooms but there’s actually 2. One of them however does have 2 sets of bunk beds. Nice quiet location and not too far from the beach at all. Would definitely recommend

Adorable Home Near Everything

What a great place. Lovely high end townhouse 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to historic downtown. Well decorated, super clean, great beds, pillows, linens, towels. Well stocked kitchen. Great patio space to enjoy. Came with beach chairs to use and lots amenities. Traveling with our 88 lb dog and he felt right at home. Will definitely return to this unit. Highest rating for it.

Some aspects have been updated nicely and 5 minute walk to beach, close to pool, king bed was very comfortable. Condo size is good for a short stay but not for long stay. Management was very friendly and accessible and helped with TV issue. door code, and offered to send cleaning crew back in if needed when I reached out. Steps are very steep, floors were uneven upstairs as well as the tub base. Not ideal for older adults.

Very clean and very responsive. Brought coffee maker on demand. Be advised that there is no dishwasher. Not a problem for a couple. Might be annoying with a family. Recommend better pillows for master. Otherwise very nice place with comfortable furniture and everything you need for the week. Thanks!
