Loved the view from the balcony. We have been to Amelia Island many times and enjoyed this place thoroughly. The elevators are a little slow so it was nice being on the 2nd floor. We will definitely consider this location next time we are at Amelia Island.

Best location! Made our trip!

Cannot brag on this location anymore! We usually rent homes. This is a first time we did a condo so I was hesitant.. but walking in the front door You can see the pool, the pier, and the beach straight out of the back- quite a view! It was perfect for us, just steps from the beach and the pier, and a great restaurant across the street! Will definitely be back!

The 3 bedroom Amelia By the Sea condo was perfect for my family get together. First, the condo itself is beautiful, newly redecorated, and well furnished. I found everything I needed. The Stay Better Vacation staff was great with proactive communication and also responsiveness. I've had experience with other property managers and found SBS to be above and beyone my expectations. I used their service where they purchase groceries for me and had them in the unit when I arrived. What a luxury. The unit was spotless. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed the pool and the ability to walk to the beach ( This part was especially loved by my young grandson). While the kitchen is nicely furnished for cooking, we also found great restaurants in the area. We used the grill in the complex to cook the fish we caught on a fishing trip. All agreed this was a perfect vacation in a really good location. I highly recommend this property.
