Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Please leave all bedding, bath and kitchen towels right where they are. Housekeeping will take care of those. Please wash, dry and return all used beach towels to the bucket near the front door.
Take all garbage out and place it in the container located in the south end of the parking lot. Please return the parking and pool pass keys to the kitchen along with the gate remote.
If you have any dirty dishes please run a cycle prior to your departure. Don’t worry if they are not dry. We will take care of that.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the cleanliness of the place, the above and beyond in thinking of everything, and top quality of everything from kitchen supplies to bath hand soap and home decor. I appreciate the surprise treats left as well, such a nice touch. Thanks so much for your hospitality. We had a great stay. This is a pet friendly home. I can say, I always worry if pet smells and stains will remain from other pets. My pet never caught a scent that I detected. Very clean! Great job!

We had a great vacation...the rental was super clean and the location was great...the pool had shade for the kids...very close walk to the beach...very dog friendly...lots of green space for the dogs and kids...beds were very comfortable...just cant say enough good things about this property...thank you!

Beautiful and Clean Condo in the Perfect Location

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and appeared to be recently updated. There were 5 adults and 2 dogs in our group and we felt we had plenty of space. The resort is very dog friendly, has a nice (and close) beach access, and the pool was clean with plenty of shade. Not too far from downtown which is a plus. The host was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of during our stay. We hope to return again soon!

Perfect Family Getaway

Unit was so clean and freshly remodel. Decorated perfectly and so comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice and new. Facility is dog friendly. Nice pool tucked away from the beach. Amazing boardwalk beach access.
