This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom multi-level, end unit condo is located in the gated Omni Resort in the popular oceanfront Beach Walker complex. The master bedroom is located alone on the 3rd level and has a king bed with an ensuite. Both guest bedrooms are located on the 2nd level of the condo and each have a queen bed and west facing balconies to enjoy the sunsets. The Beach Walker complex leads out to picturesque dune-swept beaches, great for sunbathing, swimming, shelling, or long walks. The renovated complex pool is located just off the boardwalk between the Beach Walker buildings and the beach, making it convenient for taking a refreshing dip after a day in the sand. Bathrooms, a grilling area, and elevated pavilions are offered at the pool as well. The resort offers 6 miles of shaded and paved walking trails, a playground, minigolf, spa, shopping village and restaurants. Be sure to explore the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach to explore the shops and dining options. Come enjoy the beauty of Amelia Island!

Small for the number of family, wife husband and 4 kids. WiFi hardly ever worked. Kids could not connect, my PC wouldn’t so I had to leave to do work, lost TV often Hard to see oven as trees covered view.

Hi. Just a couple things we ran into during our stay that provide insight for our mediocre rating. The space was smaller than expected from pictures including the multiple narrow staircases. The bathroom fixtures and shelves in a couple of the bathrooms were loose or leaning and didn’t hold towels or items slid off the uneven shelves. The ceilings and ceiling vents in multiple areas were covered with dust and/or had dust balls hanging from the popcorn ceiling. There didn’t appear to be a coffee pot for the regular coffee maker and we had to make a coffee run first thing on our first morning. On the positive side the beds were comfortable and the furnishings looked nice and updated.

Christmas vacation

The condo is very nice and in a great location on the Omni property. We explored the Omni property and also drove into Fernandina Beach for shopping and restaurants. The condo had everything for our stay but the kitchen only had dishes, glassware and mugs, and one saucepan. We didn’t plan on doing much cooking anyway but just be aware if you want to cook a lot.
