We pulled into the parking and immediately knew we were not going to be able to stay here. It was filthy outside. Garbage everywhere and a worker was being very loud to another worker. The building was dirty as well. My husband booked another hotel while we were in the parking lot.

Probably a 2.5 star rating is a bit generous

The towels were not clean, the carpets were not vacuumed. The rooms also have thin walls and floors, could hear people down below even when they were not shouting. The breakfast was pretty minimal.

If you're from out of the area please take before and after pictures of the room. The hotel tried to charge my card $150 dollars after I checked out. The housekeeper who claimed I stold all the bedding and towels from the hotel and I did not. I asked Expedia to do an internal audit on the property regarding claims like mine. They don't have me in camera while I clearly was parked across from the front iffi6in the view of the camera and also the housekeeper was outside walking behind my car while I was loading my luggage in the trunk and she didn't say anything to me. I didn't take any bedding to the room or leave without. They caused me of stealing when in clear birds eye I did not. They're try to steal money from me because I'm from our of state and they're broke middle Eastern trying to tip themselves. I will be making a fraud report on the hotel and Expedia. It was a nice stay until then.

Quality Inn good price for room, amenities (bottled water, ear plugs, toothbrush/paste, breakfast). Reserved one night. Pros: updated furnishings, lots of tv channels, good water pressure, easy parking, great customer service. Cons: be sure to not walk barefooted in room. Floor looked reasonably clean, but I walked around in my new white socks...floor was filthy dirty. Bring slippers or keep your shoes on.

The room was a great size for our family. But there are limited plugs for our electronics and the room felt like a cave. The only lighting we had was from the two side tables and a hallway light. I felt like i was staying in a cave.

We like to stay here for convenience. The rooms are very nice for the price. The beds are super comfortable and it’s nice and quiet. The rooms have been recently renovated and upgraded. 👍

The bed was uncomfortable but the room was nice and spacious. Did not have much of a view all you saw was the back fence. The breakfast in the morning was so so. There was no muffins or fruit or hard boiled eggs.

Does the job for us and our doggy.

Visited this motel before. It has been updated a little, we stayed in a separate part of the complex so that was good. We brought our dog, and she was very happy. Lots of areas to eat are close by. Fast food and a couple of restaurants. It filled our needs for a nice night of rest from the wine country. Nice swimming pool.

Cheap but the FDA needs to check them out!

This place was a shame. The room was recently remodeled and very large! However, very dirty. The floors need to be WASHED bad. Not just dusted. There was dirt smooshed into the floors *everywhere*. Also multiple hairs in every towel. It's clear that the cleaning service there doesn't replace things.. they go in, gauge whether they think something was used or not, and hang it up. Here's how I know this (get ready to throw up). The breakfast... rather than putting out new items, they reuse everything. I mean everything. Those one time use butter packs? Yeah.. they took what people didn't use and ADDED IT BACK to the pile. SAME THING WITH COFFEE CREAMER PACKS. I don't want to judge the 'culture' of the person running it but I kid you not, I told my wife it was going to be that way before we even walked in. The pancake batter was legit vomit worthy. My guess is they just had been reusing the same stuff day after day after day. We brought up the cleanliness to the guy at the desk but he didn't seem to understand (his English was very broken). Nice guy and all but, he just doesn't understand what people look for.. his standard for things like food are not our standards. Needless to say we got out of there as quick as we got in. Could it have been worse? Yes, so that's why I rated it 2 and not 1 star. But it's just a bummer - after their interior remodel - they have an opportunity to make this place MUCH better than it is.. they need new staff!
