This weekend was for my family to gather together and ski. It was a perfect location for everyone to easily get to the mountain. And the views from the windows was fantastic! You can see the mountain! We walked to the pub for a few beers and music! The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with many small things so you didn’t need to worry about it. Great place!

Right out of the gate, our experience with Lori and Steve was outstanding. The communication and return contact was second to none. Their home in Jackson is beautiful, cozy, very clean and the decor was welcoming and interesting. Their home was bright and warm, the appliances and kitchen utensils were top shelf. The home is located within a 1 minute walk to Black Mountain. The house made the reunion weekend of life long nursing school pals a complete success. We all would like to rent again in the future with our grandkids.

Truly excellent experience

My family and I had an amazing stay here. First and foremost, this is a place whose owners really care about it. The unique detail and decor throughout the house and the organization and care taken to equip and prepare it for guests are reflected in what a cool, one-of-kind place this is. My kids already miss the bunk beds and we hung out in a different spot every night. The owners are awesome; I got all kinds of great insight to help us make the most of our trip and they went above and beyond to make our stay even better than we could have expected. This is a great location if you want to ski Black Mountain, which has an amazing vibe and is really coming back. It’s basically right next door and when they run the awesome Shovel Handle lift it is literally right there. Also a good spot to ski Wildcat and Attitash out if, about 20 minutes to each.Theres a reason all the reviews of this house are extremely positive - theyre clearly doing something right and we couldn’t recommend it enough. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property and Lori was a pleasure to work with! We loved the home, it’s sustainability and the beautiful surrounding landscaping. We also brought our pup, and Lori provided wonderful touches to making her stay wonderful too. This property is close to Jackson Falls, North Conway and Storyland. Perfect retreat

Lori’s house sat up on a hill overlooking Black Mountain across from Whitney’s inn. Everything was perfect with plenty of space and everything you could possibly need for your stay. She was very creative and detailed in her decorating ideas and decor. You could walk to Black mountain / Whitney’s inn and shovel hand pub for food and drinks. A quick ride down the road and you have other great dining options as well as the Jackson Falls. Definitely one of the best if not the best houses we have stayed in. We will only try and book her place from now on!
