This resort is very beautiful. The staff were all very helpful. The views were incredible! I wish we could have stayed there more than one night!!!

We booked a king room online and when we got there we were shown a db queen room, a little disappointed we decided to ask the front desk. And the paperwork the hotel had gotten said queen, he was really nice though and upgraded us to a grand king room with a fireplace and a little kitchenette. It made our day! We enjoyed going into the roof top hot tub, what a beautiful view! We ate at their restaurant, The Spur, which was delicious.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly overall. A lot of nickel and diming for a "resort". $16 a day for internet was another hidden fee found at checkout. Otherwise, a great stay.

Beautiful lobby, great pools/hot tubs. Enjoyed a suite with kitchen... well appointed but not overly large. 3-night stay during September was over $2000.

We have visited Teton Village for the past 6 years and this has been the best hotel so so far for our family. We have 6y, 3y, and 14m and it was very comfortable for us in the room. All staff was wonderful except in the hotel restaurant "spur". Other than that, it was great

This hotel is full of delightful staff, neat rooms, and is located in the perfect spot. It has that mountain feel you're looking for and it's within walking distance of the lifts. The restaurant is also very good. Parking is free and across the street.

Great location, and services. Breakfast was good , the staff courteous and friendly. Spa was a bit overpriced, and not great.

Spacious comfortable room well appointed and PET FRIENDLY! Would return SPUR restaurant exceeded expectations

every one on staff was friendly - their information on activity was spot on! You could just stay there and not leave!!

Very comfortable, roomy, quiet. Staff superb. Beautiful mountain setting.

Everything is within walking distance in the Teton Village. Right outside, there's a free gondola to the top of the mountain; bar and restaurant are at the top to go with the great view. Downstairs the Spur Restaurant is outstanding. The hotel staff keeps everything very clean. It has a four seasons feel without the four seasons price.

My wife and I stayed at the Teton Mountain Resort and Spa for one night in July. The location is great, right on the base of Jackson Hole ski resort. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The highlight of this hotel is the hot tub on the roof! It was an awesome place to relax and enjoy the view of the valley.

Great mountain lodge feel. The staff was really nice. A bit pricey, but everything is in Jackson, WY, so you might as well pay a little more for an exceptional hotel.

This hotel was great. It was wonderful having a full kitchen in the room, and the murphy bed was quite comfortable. The rooftop hot tub was wonderful.

Hotel staff wasn't helpful when we weren't able to make the first night stay due to weather and a canceled flight. They basically said to bad, should have had insurance. They did offer a free breakfast but that doesn't come close to the room rate. There also was a "hotel fee" we were charged even though reservations said paid in full all fees and taxes. Hotel is not ski in/out. You have to walk about a block to get to gondola.

Be mindful of the paper thin walls in room 143! It also has an extremely poor layout for the in suite laundry facility between this unit and the adjacent suite. It was 11:30 PM during the 1st nights stay after a long day of hiking in the park, and the neighbors next door were up drinking, and visiting louder and louder while doing load after load of laundry in their in suite laundry room. We were traveling with our 14 yr old neice and we were unable to sleep with all the noise coming from next door. This issue sparked us to call the front desk and ask for help with the situation. Instead of asking if we would like to move, the night desk person called and requested the neighbors to quiet down (which they did after some complaining). Then, shortly after that when we were still hearing every rotation of the clothes in the dryer & the washing machine sounding like it was going to take the wall down during the spin cycle, we discovered it was the same neighbors that were doing load after load of laundry. This sparked a "in room visit" from the same night desk personel to see for themself what we were talking about. This caused a second phone call that sent the neighbor over the edge, and caused yelling between the rooms (kind of Jerry Springer style) So, needless to say this caused an uncomfortable situation between guests, and could have been avoided completely by offering to move our room or theirs. I don't mind spending $ for quality, and usually find that insulation between units so everyone can equally enjoy their stay is not too much to ask. In this case it was. I feel bad for the folks that were next door because I agree being able to enjoy some drinks and laugh with friends should be ok in your room, and why have a laundry unit in your room if you can't use it. The next night we were moved to room 426 and it was quite a bit smaller than the original room. The benefit of this one is it was between other tiny rooms and had no laundry next door. We ended up getting a good nights rest here, but still question the overall value that this hotel offers compared to other hotels of the same caliber we have enjoyed in the past. There appear to be several other options for lodging in a stones throw, and I can truely say I will be trying my chances elsewhere next time I am in Teton Village.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Only complaint was the bed was too soft. Loved the location - just on the edge of the mountains and a little away from the noisy play area. The rooftop hot tub is a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Very clean and easy to walk to anywhere in the village.

The hotel and staff were wonderful, no exceptions. The problem with it's location is that it is not always clear that it is not in Jackson, Wy. Myonline reservations only said it was in Jackson Hole, Wy. And I did not know that they were not one and the same.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful.

We stayed at the Teton Mountain Lodge and you could not ask for a better facility. The staff and rooms were awesome. We checked in and to our surprise we were given an upgrade and no extra charge. This was a total surprise and truly a blessing. When we return to Jackson Hole, you can bet this will be our choice for lodging. It doesn't get any better than this,,,,,, Steve and Ann
