Honestly, one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Views are amazing. Staff is really friendly and helpful. You cannot go wrong staying at Casa Que Canta.

We spent one glorious week at this beautiful hotel and had the best vacation we have ever experienced. Every single thing about Hotel La Casa Que Canta is exceptional, from the open, airy, beautiful spaces with stunning views, to the warm and gracious staff, delicious food, well mixed drinks, lovely wine list and fabulous location. This place is pure perfection for recharging, relaxing and reconnecting with the one you love.

From the location to the friendliness of the staff, this one is one of the most amazing hotels we've ever been. With a pool in your room, a restaurant near by, the beach in sight, and friendly people all around, nothing stood in our way to have a great and relaxing time. Worth every penny we spent there. From the hotel, it's only a 15 minute stroll to town, and you have a large beach at your doorstep. There are things to do, but I would say that this one is not so much for the vacation achiever type that needs to do stuff ever day than it is for the escapist that wants to get away from it all, do some stuff, but have a focus on relaxation.

Upgraded room on arrival. Views from hotel are amazing and different depending on where you are. Rooms are very large, pictures do not do justice to the size of rooms. Even when hotel is full, it still feels like you have the place all to yourself since you never need to leave the room so it seems that a lot of people just don't. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel location the best ever the restaurant food was Great the cleanliness exceptional the staff the best I ever had

Customer service is at a premium at this hotel. There is really nothing else they need to improve upon. One of the best I have ever stayed at.

A top quality hotel full of elegance and great ambiance, Staff is well trained and extremely attentive. The ocean views from the large rooms are spectacular. The small size of the hotel (just 25 rooms) gives it a very personal touch and none of the facilities seem to be ever overly crowded. The absence of children is a blessing in this elegant property. The inifinity pool is especially beautiful giving the illusion of merging seamlessly into the Pacific. The hotel is built on a hillside which makes for a range of steps up and down. if you are in a wheelchair this hotel is not for you. For me its one of the best hotels globally I have ever stayed in.

If you truly want to relax in an ideal setting, Casa Que Canta is your match. The service is unequaled anywhere I have stayed in the world. The setting is picturesque, sitting right above the Ziahuatenejo Bay. the pace is slow, the food is great, and the rooms are outstanding. This is a place to come if you need to unwind, eat healthy, but delicious authentic mexican cuisine, and be well cared-for.

We arrived and were personally greeted by the valet, reception desk then manager. We were seated in a beautiful waiting area w/a view of Zihuatanejo bay and given cool juice as we waited while they prepared our suite and tended to our luggage. The views, service, staff and amenities were amazing including a chlorine negative edge and a salt water pool! My wife also had a mani/pedi at the spa and said it was unlike any other she had experienced! Overall, I would recommend this hotel for an intimate getaway! The restaurant also had 5 star food and views!

We had a beautiful room with fantastic view. The first night we enjoyed a bottle of wine by the salt water pool to watch the sunset. My wife said, "this is like watching fireworks in slow motion". We could walk to 3 different beaches, La Ropa was less than a minute from our room. Several restaurants were near the hotel, but the restaurant at La Casa Que Canta was spectacular.

The hotel is built into the side of a hill with views of Zihuatanejo bay. The attention to detail in the way it is built and laid out is incredible. We stayed in a master suite that was spotlessly clean with a great view of the bay and it's own plunge pool. All the staff were the most friendly, helpful, and professional we've ever experienced. They take care of you from the moment you land at the airport. The airline lost our luggage and the hotel staff made all the calls and did all the work to get our bags, we didn't have to lift a finger. This place is pricey but you get what you pay for. excellent.
