Clean and central

The property was clean, the staff accommodating and the water hot. The beds are a little hard and there is little storage in the kitchen area but otherwise we really enjoyed the property and would stay again. The location is central and the security is good.

The street noise. Music playing all night. Someone doing the mexican yodel every 10mins. The car alarms and Coppel alarm going off every few hours.

What I love about this property is where it is located! It is very close to main streets were there public transportation passes, the Mercado, oxxo, and walking distance to the beach! It was an amazing place to stay, everyone was very nice, courteous, Pleasant, kind, and there was always communication between myself and departamentos Lalo via WhatsApp. There are only two negative things that are out of departamentos Lalo's control.... there is a big store crossing the street and sometimes during the night their alarm goes off, and people who apparently do not know how to read, block the entrance with their cars, but besides that it was totally amazing!

Te cancelan reservación a última hora!!

Pésima experiencia, al llegar al lugar me dijeron que mi reservación había sido cancelada, hotels.com nunca me contestó, sólo una máquina y un chat bot que no apoyaron. Ya que para la app todo estaba confirmado pero para el departamento no, el único seguimiento es por teléfono y nunca ves a los responsables del hotel en este tipo de situaciones. Todo con riesgo de que te hagan dobles cargos.
