Overall good - staff were friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms due to different bookings and one of the rooms had a terrible smell emanating from the bathroom. Otherwise they were fine. Breakfast menu was extensive but the coffee machine always seemed to be out of order ๐Ÿ™„. Leaving luggage behind between stays was charged at 10 euro a night after the first night, so beware of this and have some cash ready! Location was very good - close to the harbour and public transport as well as a good walking distance to many amenities. We would stay again.

Beautiful hotel which is close to the centre of Galata and all the other cool spots in Istanbul. Everything was very clean and the staff is very friendly. Although itโ€™s very noisy on the street, in the room itself itโ€™s calm. Would recommend this hotel and love to comeback in the future!

This was a very nice hotel with such an amazing staff. The location was perfect,โ€ฆ near all the cafes and restaurants in Karakoy, but situated away enough that it was peaceful and quiet at night. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel

Our stay at the hotel was amazing, very nice staff! Nice room and delicious breakfast ๐Ÿ˜‹ Only thing is that it would be nice if the reception could be more informative about tourist places and nice things to see/experiences
