outdated rooms. shower head was about to come off from the wall. mold clearly seen in the bathrooms. rooms look like they haven’t been renovated since the 80s. rooom near the elevators had stacks of furniture and random stuff making it look like we weren’t staying in a supposedly 4 star hotel.

Great position and excellent reception staff (Fatma in particular and Sinan). Too much food for breakfast until we realised we could choose and not have it all. In addition to didn't like (above) the lift to our 3rd floor didn't work sometimes and there was a nasty smell when we entered the room (4007) - perhaps from a smoker?? Bed? Didnt like the floppy mattress cover.

I highly recommend a stay at this property. The room was very nice with a balcony. The location is unbeatable since it is near the Hagia Sophia, Bazaar and transportation. What we enjoyed the most is that the staff was amazing, always asking us if they can do anything to make our stay great and offering drinks. Fatima Murat, Kadir, and Sinan went above and beyond to make our trip to Istanbul the best we’ve trip ever had and we travel very often. Exceptional service.

Overall a nice stay. The location was perfect, so close to the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. The Grand Bazaar is @20 minutes by foot. The rooftop restaurant provides a majestic view of this side of the city. My only issue was the very small size of the room (which compares to Tokyo size, for those who know). And the bed wasn't very comfortable and was so narrow that I thought I might easily fall off when asleep. The staff were very helpful and kind. Worth the stay though I would choose a bigger room next time around.

The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel is clean and well ventilated, our AC worked really well. We got a spacious "three adults" size room as advertised. I really like that they always had water bottles when you ask at the front desk so we all stayed hydrated all the time.
