Nice and friendly staff. Very helpful. Especially reception. Poor breakfast. But plenty restaurants around with delicious food and walking distance. I would recommend.

I had an amazing experience staying at the historic Laden Palace Hotel at Buyukada. I felt lucky to stay here because it has been under renovation for the past 6 years. Excellent choice! I highly recommend.

Amazing stay 10/10

Stayed here with the family for one night and was provided excellent service from the moment we walked in. The rooms are absolutely fabulous. The location is brilliant, only a few mins walk to the main square with all the attractions and a short walk to the ferry. The breakfast was good with brilliant service. I would highly recommend booking. Definitely be booking this again in the future.

Odada tek bir petek vardı o da sadece yatağın olduğu odayı ısıtabiliyordu geri kalan her yer soğuktu özellikle banyo. Camlar rüzgar geçiriyordu. Oda çok fazla da ses geçiyordu yukarıda yürüyen kişilerin adım ve konuşma sesleri çok fazla duyuluyor. Verdikleri oda giriş katta olduğu için sabah ve akşam giriş çıkışların olduğu saatlerde odanın da iyice ses geçirmesiyle oldukça rahatsız edici. Odanın içinde içme su da yoktu. Kliması çok eski ve düzgün çalışmıyordu. Çalışan kişi de yeterince bilgi vermiyordu. Yatak nevresim ve havlular pis değildi ama odanın duvarları pis ve örümcek ağları vardı. Duşakabin zemini de paslı gözüküyordu soğuk olduğu için banyo kullanılamadı. Aldıkları parayı asla ama asla hak ettiklerini düşünmüyorum.

Oda çok soğuktu. Klima vardı ama odayı ısıtamıyordu. Petekler de yanmıyordu. Buz gibi odada uyumak zorunda kaldık. Gece üşüyerek ve rüzgar sesleriyle uyandık. Camdan gelen rüzgar sesleri ve soğukluk inanılmaz kötüydü. Onun haricinde üst kattaki yürüme sesleri sanki bizim odanın içinde gibiydi. Genel olarak çok rahatsız edici bir oda. Açıkçası kimseye tavsiye etmem. Biz yılbaşı planı için geldik ve çok pişman olduk.

Otel de tek iyi olan şey odamın manzarasıydı. onunda bedeli fiyat farklı ile ödemiştim zaten. Onun dısında .kahvaltı saatti sitede 07,30 ancak otel 09,00 kahvaltı vereceğini iletti. dolayısıyla yapamadık. normalde odaya geci 14,00 de idi bizi zor bela 15,45 te alabildiler.yatakları cok rahatsızdı. ama oda temizdi. yani tek iyi olan şey odanın temiz olması ve odamızın manzarasıydı.Bir daha konaklamaya asla gitmem. Tavsiyede etmem.
