This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't book room 105! The air conditioner was leaking, and the window just faced a wall. The room was awful, and the whole hotel was very dirty. I definitely don't recommend staying here.

It’s a best location in the buyokada and the view from the balcony is unbelievable but the room is small, uncomfortable bed and the bathroom size is not even enough to fit for one person.

The building is a wear out building and the place is not very clean. We booked the best room with the balcony but the price we paid for is not fair for this hotel. Breakfast served in the morning doesn’t have a lot of varieties, just cheese, cucumbers, tomato and one boiled egg, with some butter and jelly. I the evening all local restaurants were closed for dine in and we wanted to dine in on the hotel restaurant but were told that the chef was off for the day, so instead we ordered out and ate in the room. The only think i like from this place is the view and location. Staff was nice but they don’t speak much english so a little turkish will help. I think if they cleaned the building a little more and added a few options for breakfast, and receptionist can speak more english it would improve the hotel quality by a lot more.

Very centrally located hotel in Buyukada. Minutes from the harborfront as well as quick access to the upper street. The hotel is a fairly new construction. Rooms are mid size. There are about 5 rooms per floor. 2 of those rooms are at the front with amazing sea views. 2 others have sea views from the side balconies. Breakfast is generous and very rich. Hotel is clean and safe. Not too soundproof.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF

The staff of the hotel without exception are great and very friendly. Especially Mr. Ercüment at the reception did everything to ensure a pleasant stay for us. They also have a great restaurant on top of the hotel with one of best views you can get in the area.

Never again.

The only complaint I have is the bed. It is rock hard. I woke up every hour from my back in horrible pain. I booked 2 nights but could only stay 1 night. I told the owner my problem and he said can change the bed. So he changed the bed for the same kind.... What is point of putting the same bed? Then I said, can you refund me for the night I'm not staying, he said no, bed is good. I'm not really sure why he put "comfort" in his hotel name. There is nothing comfortable about this hotel.

Hijyen konusunda berbat bir deneyim.. öncelikle hijyen konusunda takıntılı insanlar olmadığımızı bildirmek isterim. Odaya girdiğimizde banyodaki yer havlusunun kullanılmış, kirli olduğunu gördük. Yastık kılıfları ve çarşaf ise pisti, bir önceki müşterilerden kaldığını ve değişmediğini düşünüyoruz. Kaldığımız gece durumu farkettiğimizde otel servisinden yastık kılıfı ve çarşaf isteyip değiştirmek zorunda kaldık.
