The hotel venue is good ; The rooms are good and clean ; some of the staff was helpful and others not ; I was talking to my father on the phone and someone asked me to turn down my volume because the customers in the next room are sleeping at two o'clock in the afternoon ; This thing made me change the hotel this week ; Isn't a person coming on vacation entitled to talk to his family on the phone during the day and not at night? We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, and the staff were helpful throughout our visit. We were able to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. I also had an incident where I forgot my phone in the car, and the team was extremely helpful in assisting me to get it back. The rooms were a bit small, but overall, everything was clean and comfortable. Great service and pleasant experience!
