There was no water supply as soon as we checked in for more than an hour. Can’t even use washroom and we were not even informed. Balcony door was broken, air conditioner was not working.

The hotel sold our room on us, made an excuse the "room was flooded". We argued in the lobby for about 30 mins with a rude employee named Dawood. He was laughing in our face and kept saying "I feel you". They forcefully transferred us to their sister hotel, AirPort Express, which was the worst airport I've ever seen. They included "free breakfast" for the "trouble". The breakfast was raw eggs with 3 pieces of cheese and some lettuce. Overall terrible experience.

Not much food options. The room we had was next to the highway with cars passing by regularly, so not good for a good night sleep.The manager couldnt arrange another room for us as the AC was not working. The breakfast is very basic, you have to pay for omelletes.

The hotel is nice. Its a bit noisy as its next to a highway. The bath drainage was choked and the ac was not working properly. I could smell smoke which i think was coming from other rooms. The management wasnt able to help in the situation. The restaurant food was ok. The breakfast buffet was better.
