We stayed for one night at the Grand Hamit. It’s a smaller hotel but very clean & modern. The staff are very hospitable, helpful & friendly. We had to leave early in the morning and would miss the breakfast but Akin, from front-desk, voluntarily arranged to-go sandwiches for us. There was also a problem in our transportation the next day but they made the new arrangement themselves and had the hotel paid for it. Ali, the bell man, is also very helpful. He immediately went to open the door of our van when we arrived and helped us with our suitcases. It was a hands-free service for us, all the way to our room. This is just a little thing, other hotels charge at least $3 for a bottle of water, they give several bottles of water for free!

Keeping That in mind i would say GRAND HAMIT Airport Hotel Was FANTASTIC. Amazing Soacious Room Nice Amenities Frodge ,Teamsker Tv String Ac -&- WIFI. Super Clean Bathrooms The STAFF was so Polite and HELPFUL.. Receptionist PINAAZ.. went out of the Way And--Helped me so much. On Che kout day i was LATE a d Almpst Missed my My Flight !! Bit Hot staff called a Taxi at cheap price a d he was Super fast a d the FACT ..that Grand HAMIT os so close to Sirport Saved MY Life ...that day ..a d i was able to catch My Flight ..just in time. I would Come AGAIN to this Hotel A.d reccommend Grand HAMIT To Al My Friends in USA. Thank you to Entire Staff
Quite sufficient for an overnight layover. Room was clean but small and noisy due to being right outside the elevator door. Staff was professional. Waited a very long time for the hotel shuttle (45 minutes) when we arrived from a very long international flight. So definitely that can be improved. Breakfast was nice and a generous offering. All in all, we are satisfied. Thank you.

While the hotel itself is fine, although in a limited area, my frustration was with the '24 hr" shuttle. BEWARE that this is ONLY available if you reserve within 24 hrs. So, since the occasion for my stay was planned last minute due to travel changes, there were not 24 hrs ahead of time to reserve a shuttle. Therefore I had to pay about $25 for a taxi to and from the airport. I've tried to express with Orbitz that there should be some type of requirement for hotels to list these "conditions" in their listing. I would have chosen another hotel since my main reason for choosing this hotel was the 24 hr shuttle and my late night arrival. This is the second time this has happened to me with Orbitz and last minute hotel reservations.
