We had a late evening flight out of Istanbul and we tried to book this hotel as a day room. We were permitted access to our room as soon as we arrived at the hotel at around midday, which was great. Unfortunately, the weather was not great so we couldn't use the pool as we had hoped. The hotel was in a really quiet location and our transfers were great. Very happy with the Green Roof Hotel. It was a small hotel like a family house . The people were friendly. It was quiet.I can consider it like a motel not a hotel. The room was quite big ( the lake view ) but you can’t see the lake. Many essentials this in the bath room and the room not founds such as hand towel, tissues , tooth brush, slippers.. some they provided me later others not . The pictures for the hotel in expedite app not found any in real .

I pay lots of money and when i booked my room it said room with terrace but when we arrived there no terrace Also every time we want to drink normal water we have to wait 10/15 minutes to bring and at the end of our staying they charge us for even water!!!! The swimming pool and Sauna on the website is included but when we went there they said its not and we have to pay 20$ for each time we use! They said the breakfast is self served but its not 2 staffs bring what ever they like for us and quality of the breakfast is so low. There was a lady work in reception she is from Turkmenistan she is so nice and helfull and we really liked her
