The room was clean but the bed sheet were very small and they were pulled out easily Breakfast had variety but the cooked foods were too greasy. Dinner and lunch although pricy but were very good

Excellent staff

This is a good value for money in terms of what the property facilities. The staff is excellent as they try to focus on addressing problems. IRMAK Hanım is an excellent host as she deals with the guest problems effectively. She is credit to your hotel. However you need to improve comfort of the hotel for example stop noises coming from Air con and other parts of the room.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very pleasant and good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Good breakfast and use of surprisingly extensive gym facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly like to stay here again.

New hotel with energetic and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located, the subway/metro access is available within 15, 20 min walking distance or a very short taxi ride. Plenty food places are available with variety of price ranges. Breakfast is repetitive, but there are a good number of options. GYM is great. Highly recommend this hotel.
